Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers personal information that Swing ATL · Fling ATL collects through the Site (swingatl.com), through our reservation and party-booking systems, through email and SMS messages we exchange with you, and in person at our venue at 8480 Senoia Road, Fairburn, GA 30213.

We collect information in three ways:

• Information you give us directly — name, email, phone number, billing address, party details, signed waiver content, and any messages you send us through the contact form.
• Information collected automatically — IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location (city-level, derived from IP), and similar log data.
• Information from third parties — payment confirmation details from Stripe, delivery receipts from Resend and Twilio, and analytics events from Google Analytics and Meta.

We use your information to:

• Process reservations, accept payments, and send confirmations.
• Store signed waivers for participant safety and legal records.
• Send transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, receipts) by email or SMS.
• Send marketing messages if you have opted in.
• Improve the Site, troubleshoot bugs, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

The Site uses first-party cookies to keep you signed in (for admin accounts), remember session state, and measure performance. We also use third-party cookies set by Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for aggregate usage statistics and ad attribution.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies from settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working — for example, you will not be able to stay signed in to an admin account.

We use the following third-party tools, which set their own cookies and collect data about your interaction with the Site:

• Google Analytics— page views, sessions, traffic sources. Google's privacy practices: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Meta Pixel— page-view and conversion events used for ad measurement on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's privacy practices: facebook.com/policy.php.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, and out of Meta's ad-targeting in your Facebook ad preferences.

All credit and debit card transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes on our servers. Stripe receives your card details directly through its PCI-compliant checkout flow and returns to us only a payment status, last-four digits, and a card-brand identifier. When you make a reservation, we store your booking details (date, time, party size, lane assignment), the name and contact information you provided, and the payment confirmation from Stripe. We retain reservation records as long as required for accounting, dispute resolution, and applicable tax law.

We send transactional email through Resend, Inc. and transactional SMS through Twilio, Inc. These messages are tied to your specific booking and cannot be opted out of without canceling the reservation.

Marketing emails and SMS are sent only with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the footer of any message. To stop marketing SMS, reply STOP to any text from our number.

We may use the email addresses and phone numbers we collect to send promotional content about Swing ATL or Fling ATL — drop announcements, seasonal events, party packages, and similar updates — when you have opted in. We do not sell or rent your contact information to third parties.

We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS), encryption at rest for our database, access controls limiting employee access on a need-to-know basis, and isolation of payment data through Stripe. However, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you transmit information to us at your own risk.

We keep your personal information as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for: reservation and accounting records for at least seven years (tax law); signed waivers for at least the statute of limitations applicable in Georgia; marketing-list contacts until you opt out; raw analytics data subject to the third-party provider's own retention windows.

You may, at any time, request that we:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate.
• Delete information we no longer need, subject to our legal obligations.
• Stop sending you marketing communications.
• Receive a portable copy of information you provided.

Requests must come from the email address associated with the data and may require additional identity verification. Send requests to [email protected].

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except through a waiver signed by the child's parent or guardian. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Site banner or by email if we have your address.
